The Big Reveal is finally here! Having started this project approximately 12 months ago, we are thrilled to unveil the final product.

Our team was engaged to manage the weathertightness remediation of the Harbour Royal Apartments on Anzac Avenue in Auckland CBD. The full-height scaffolding that enabled extensive building repairs has now been removed. We engaged a number of contractors to perform various remediation works, tackling a decade of neglected maintenance.

The owners were committed to restoring the building to its former glory, and the results have exceeded our expectations.

Having completed Stage 1, we are now well underway with the planning of stage 2 of the project with numerous upgrades to come to a building which forms part of the Auckland Skyline.
