Our Team
Each one brings something different to the table.
Fraser has amassed over 20 years in the construction industry having graduated in
Construction Project Management back in 2003. Hailing from Scotland, Fraser has vast
experience in both the numerous countries over the years including the UK, Asia and
New Zealand.
Having been involved in projects at a Senior Management level, valued at over $300
Million abroad and $50 Million here in NZ, Fraser has the knowledge of not only the
technicalities of Construction in New Zealand but all contractual requirements for a
successful project.
Stewart has over 35 years experience in the building industry having completed his
apprenticeship in 1988 and has accumulated a vast knowledge of all aspects of
construction in New Zealand.
For the last 17 Years Stewart has been involved in both Project Management and Operational Management roles with one of the largest
Property Maintenance and Construction Companies in New Zealand, and has worked
on varied projects such as Healthcare, Ministry of Education, Service Infrastructure,
Commercial and High End Residential Projects.
Knowledgeable in all forms of new build construction, refurbishment, fit out and
building lifecycle management, Stewart’s pragmatic approach and professionalism are
an asset to the company and any project he manages.
