Located in Hobsonville, West Auckland, the once-thriving industry in Limeburners Bay produced bricks, garden ornaments, glazed pottery, and major piping for much of the city centre.

We were pleased to manage the construction of the first 65 houses in a 400-unit subdivision on behalf of our client, Aedifice Property Group, at the former brickworks site.

This development features two- and three-bedroom units with various designs, constructed from timber and brick to honor the site's heritage. Working closely with the main contractor and their subcontractors, the individual units were completed within a seven-month timeframe, allowing the first residents to move in just in time to celebrate Christmas in their new homes.

We look forward to commencing the second stage toward the middle of next year.
